IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.813 of 2012 Sanju Devi Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 02. 11.01.2012 Petitioner being wife of the brother of the husband is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the I.P.C. The accusations are of demand of dowry and torture.
