IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.813 of 2012 Sanju Devi Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 02. 11.01.2012 Petitioner being wife of the brother of the husband is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the I.P.C. The accusations are of demand of dowry and torture. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim died due to illness which gets reflected from the doctors prescriptions contained in Annexure-2.
