Versus The State of Bihar ..Opposite Party. For the Petitioner : Mr. R.K. Sinha, Advocate. For the State : APP. ---------------------------------- 02/ 11.01.2012 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. In a Complaint Case lodged by wife against the petitioner in which he has been made accused under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
