IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.187 of 2012 Rajan Ram Versus The State Of Bihar 2. 13.01.2012. Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, informant and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.10.2011 in a case registered for the offence under Sections 364,302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
