IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.202 of 2012 Md. Sushail @ Md. Suhaul Versus The State Of Bihar 2. 13.01.2012. Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, complainant and the State. The petitioner being the husband is languishing in custody since 19.08.2011 in complaint case in which cognizance has been taken under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the D. P. Act. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that the complainant is ready to reside with the petitioner who has married again to some other lady. The petitioner has no objection to the request of the complainant. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Jehanabad, in connection with complaint case no. 837 of 2010.
