.....under sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the indian penal code and sections 63, 65 and 68 of the copy rights act. the accusation is that during raid in connection with arms case it came to the light that some dipendra mishra along with co-accused ashok kumar used to supply duplicate solar lights to various gram panchayats without having vat registration. the accusation is that the petitioners being panchayat mukhiyas used to direct for supply of solar lights from specific shop. it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that purchase was made in pursuance to direction of the deputy development commissioner whereby purchase was directed to be made from specific shop. it is further submitted that considering the similar accusation, other panchayat mukhiyas have been granted bail by this court. considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing the bail bond of rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned chief judicial magistrate, sitamarhi in connection with sitamarhi p.s. case no. 595 of 2010 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the cr.p.c. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 63, 65 and 68 of the Copy Rights Act.
