Versus The State Of Bihar & Anr ---------------------------------- 2. 13/1/2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband is ready to keep his wife and further he says that all the family members have been accused in this case as per the complaint.
