IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.1817 of 2012 Surendra Kewat Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 2/ 13/01/2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional P.P. for the State. Petitioner, Surendra Kewat happens to be named in a complaint case no. 418/2009 which happens to be the basis of registration of Bind P.S.
