13. 01.2012 I.A. No.21 of 2012 This interlocutory application has been filed for grant of bail of Md. Ibrahim the sole-appellant. In view of the observations made in order dated 14.11.2008 it is clear that appellant has been in custody for over 7 years. Other co-accused have already been released on bail. There is no likelihood of appeal being heard at an early date. Considering the aforesaid, during pendency of this appeal, let the appellant, Md.
