13. 01-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the married sister of the husband is apprehending her arrest in a case registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of demand of dowry and torture. There is general accusation against all the family members including the petitioner. Considering the fact that the thrust of accusation is against the husband and the informant has subsequently retracted from her initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing the bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Salkhua P.S. 2 Case No. 2 of 1999 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
