The petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.08.2011 in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of demand of dowry and torture. It is submitted that there is no specific accusation against the petitioner and mother-in-law and other family members have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc.
