IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.984 of 2012 Kaushalya Devi Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 02. 13.01.2012 Petitioner being mother of the husband is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that the marriage was performed 6-7 years prior to the occurrence and the accusations are of demand of dowry and torture. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during investigation it has come that the victim, after quarrelling with the husband, committed suicide. It is further submitted that father-in-law and others have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 265 of 2012. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner namely Kaushalya Devi, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S.
