13. 01-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a complaint case in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner no.1, Sunil Kumar Singh @ Sunil Singh used to deal the stolen cars and the complainant purchased the vehicle for consideration money of Rs. 4,60,000/- for which Rs. 4,00,000/- were paid but rest Rs. 60,000/- was to paid after handing over of the original documents of the vehicle but the same was never handed over to the complainant.
