IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.2085 of 2012 Sanjay Kumar Versus The State Of Bihar & Anr ---------------------------------”

13. 01.2012 This is an application for modification of order dated 10.8.2011 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 43946 of 2010 in which petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within one month from the date of communication of the order dated 10.8.2011. However, it is submitted that the petitioner failed to surrender in the prescribed time for the reasons that during that period petitioner could not be communicated the order of this Court by his advocate. As such, petitioner prays for extension of time. Accordingly, the prayer made in the modification application is allowed and four weeks further time from the date of communication of this order is granted to the petitioners to surrender in the court below and thereafter they will be released on bail.
