IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.1854 of 2012 Ratan Singh @ Ratan Kumar Singh Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 2/ 13thJanuary 2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP, Mr. A.A. Khan for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion. Petitioner, Ratan Singh @ Ratan Kumar Singh along with seven others have been shown responsible for committing murder of Sanjeev Singh for which on the basis of the fardbeyan of Basudeo Singh instant case has been registered. In a similar situated case co-accused, Kamal Nayan Singh vide Cr. Misc. No. 43029 of 2011 by order dated 2.1.2012 has been released on bail. In the aforesaid event, petitioner, Ratan Singh @ Ratan Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender within a fortnight on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No.132 of 2011 corresponding to G.R. No. 1327/11 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. ( Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J.) perwez
