IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.1504 of 2012 Dhiraj Kumar Singh, son of Lalan Singh, resident of village Godana Koiry, P.S. Reviganj, District Saran at Chapra Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 02/ 12.01.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is the husband and has been taken in custody on the ground of misuse of privilege of bail. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is ready and willing to file affidavit in the court below stating that he will not misuse the privilege of bail hereafter.
