Pappu Sharma Shyam Narayan Sharma R/O,Vill.-Kudra,P.S.- Kudra,P.S.-Kudra,Dist.-Kaimur Versus The State of Bihar ---------------------------------- 02. 12.01.2012 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.
