in the high court of judicature at patna civil writ jurisdiction case no.11808 of 2009 ====================================================== barun kumar sharma .... .... petitioner/s versus the state of bihar & ors .... .... respondent/s =====================================================”12. 01-2012 in pursuance to the order dated 12.12.2011 passed by this court, a counter affidavit has been filed today stating therein that a separate wing of employees has already been created to monitor the maintenance of patna town as well as to attend the work for removal of unauthorized khatals. it is submitted by mr. lalit kishore, a.a.g.-1 appearing on behalf of the patna municipal corporation that the separate wing is also entrusted with the duty of looking after the maintenance and neatness of the patna town. it is also submitted by him that removal of unauthorized khatals is also under process. recording the same, we are of the opinion that it would suffice if a direction is issued to the patna municipal corporation to file a monthly report before this court in this case indicating the action taken by the patna municipal corporation to this effect. this court orders accordingly. post this matter after two months, retaining its position.
