12. 01.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is Gotini of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 13.10.2011 in a case registered under Sections 304 B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Although, the death of the deceased was unnatural but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that information regarding the condition of the deceased was given by her in-laws and after that she was taken to hospital but unfortunately, she could not be saved and after that informant lodged this case in anger. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.
