Toufar Alam @ Tofar Alam S/o Bahar Ali R/O,Vill.- Shishabari, P.S.-Kasba & Dist.-Purnia Versus The State of Bihar ---------------------------------- 02. 12.01.2012 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kasba P.S. Case no. 16 of 2011 for offence punishable under Sections 323 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Considering the submission of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the allegation as set out in the complaint is general and omnibus and that nothing specific has been attributed to this petitioner who happens to be the husband of the complainant of causing any physical or mental harassment to the complainant, let the petitioner Md.
