2. 12/01/2012 Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that in identical circumstances, some of the teachers had moved this Court through C.W.J.C.No.14835 of 2006. The said writ application was disposed of by order 2 dated 13.7.2011, copy whereof is Annexure-9 to the writ application. He submits that this writ application may also be disposed of in the same terms. Learned counsel for the State agrees to the said prayer of the petitioners. Hence, this writ application is disposed of in terms of the said order referred to above, as contained in Annexure- 9, and it is held that the said order will be deemed to have been passed in the case of the present petitioners also.
