12. 01-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 420, 498A, 489B and 489C of the Indian Penal Code. Rs. 64,000/- was recovered from one Kundan Singh out of which Rs. 13,000/- were found to be of fake currency notes. Said Kundan Singh named three persons including the petitioner and one Sajjan Paswan by saying that the fake currency notes were supplied by these three persons. It is submitted by learned Sr. counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and considering the extra- judicial confession of the main accused Kundan, Sajjan Paswan has been granted anticipatory bail vide order as contained in Annexure-2. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing the bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 36/2010 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra Kumar/-
