12. 01-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 420, 498A, 489B and 489C of the Indian Penal Code. Rs. 64,000/- was recovered from one Kundan Singh out of which Rs. 13,000/- were found to be of fake currency notes. Said Kundan Singh named three persons including the petitioner and one Sajjan Paswan by saying that the fake currency notes were supplied by these three persons. It is submitted by learned Sr. counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and considering the extra- judicial confession of the main accused Kundan, Sajjan Paswan has been granted anticipatory bail vide order as contained in Annexure-2.
