12. 01.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State assisted by learned counsel for the informant. Petitioner is in jail custody since 01.10.2011 in a case registered under Sections 192, 199, 196, 197, 200, 416, 420, 426, 469, 500/34 and 109 of the Indian Penal Code.
