The petitioner is in custody in connection with Complaint Case No.1207 of 2010 for offences punishable under sections 307 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to a petition filed under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, placed at Annexure-4 of this application, submits that the present complaint case is an afterthought and has been filed on 24.9.2010 one month after the divorce case was filed by the present petitioner. Regard being had to the circumstances and considering the submission of learned counsel for the parties let the petitioner, namely, Bishun Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Complaint Case No.1207 of 2010.
