12. 01.2012 Sri Sravan Kumar, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that for implementing the impugned order the opposite party no. 2 to 4 had earlier approached this court while invoking its writ jurisdiction vide Cr. W.J.C. 1127 of 2011 without impleading the petitioner as party and this court by order dated 09.12.2011 has disposed of the same with certain observation.
