Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The marriage was performed in 1995. The specific accusation against the in-laws. The petitioners being the co-villagers of husband. They were not named in the F. I. R. and the accusation is that they have participated in cremation. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, Gopal Rai @ Gopaljee Rai and Sheo Mangal Rai, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Sahar P.S.
