3) as well as the State are present. Petitioner is the widow of Late Bhagwan Prasad who served Revilganj Municipality as Peon and superannuated with effect from 30.11.2010. The grievance projected through this application is that the respondents have not settled and paid the entire post retiral dues payable to the deceased employee as well as the family pension since the husband of the petitioner died in the meanwhile. Mr. Alok Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the Respondent-Municipality states that the petitioner be permitted to file a representation in this regard before the Chief Executive Officer, Revilganj Municipality(respondent no.3) who shall examine the claim(s) of the petitioner and will authorize all 2 admissible dues in accordance with law within a time frame. Regard being had to the stand taken by the aforesaid respondent, the application is disposed of by the following order:- Let the petitioner file a representation detailing her claim(s) together with a copy of the present order before the Chief Executive Officer, Revilganj Municipality within five weeks whereafter the said respondent shall examine the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order authorizing all admissible post retiral dues in favour of the petitioner who claims to be the widow of the deceased within two months from the date of filing/presentation of the same.
