Revilganj, Saran Petitioner Versus 1. The State Of Bihar through the Secretary, Urban Development 2. The Revilganj Municipality (Nagar panchayat) through its Chairman 3. The Chief Executive Officer Revilganj Municipality 4. The District Magistrate cum Collector, Saran at Chapra 5. The Block Development Officer, Revilganj, Saran Chapra Respondents ---------------------------------- 02. 12.01.2012 Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for Respondent-Revilganj Municipality (respondent nos. 2 and

3) as well as the State are present. Petitioner is the widow of Late Bhagwan Prasad who served Revilganj Municipality as Peon and superannuated with effect from 30.11.2010.
