12. 01.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State. From the impugned order of the Appellate Authority it is clear that due to carelessness and indiscipline shown by the petitioner during his first term of engagement as Shiksha Mitra, his term was not renewed. Evidences were also considered by the Appellate Authority 2 that during the period he claimed to have proceeded on leave on the ground that he was ill he was working somewhere else. In the circumstances, this Court does not find any error in the order of the Appellate Authority and does not find any merit in the claim of the petitioner that his engagement was not renewed only on account of the fact that he had not passed Intermediate Examination.
