It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that his licence was suspended as back as on 25.1.2005 and thereafter he has given representation to the Sub Divisional Officer, Bagaha, District West Champaran for revocation of the same but as no order was passed by him, he has approached this Court in the year 2007. However, none of the parties is in a position to say as to whether any order has been passed by the authorities or not during the pendency of this writ application either revoking the 2 suspension or taking a final decision regarding cancellation of the licence of the petitioner for which a notice was given to him vide Annexure 1. No counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State despite of the fact that the writ application had been filed as back as in year 2007. In above view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the Sub Divisional Officer, Bagaha, West Champaran to dispose of the application filed on behalf of the petitioner on 7.2.2005, a copy of which has been appended as Annexure 2, if any final order has already not been passed, within three weeks from the date of receipt / production of a certified copy of this order.
