12. 01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Allegedly, country-made Kattas were recovered from possession of petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 and so far as petitioner No. 3 is concerned, it is stated that two cartridges were recovered from his possession.
