2. THE PRINCIPAL SECRETARY, HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, BIHAR, PATNA.
3. THE DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, BIHAR, PATNA.
4. THE BIHAR STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION, BIHAR, PATNA. RESPONDENTS. ---------------------------------”
12. 01.2012 The grievance of the petitioner is that his certificates are being utilized by other candidates also for getting their cases considered by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission for their appointment as Trained Assistant Teachers. Learned counsel for the Commission has rightly pointed out that, in terms of the order dated 13.10.2011 passed by the Honble Supreme Court in Contempt Petition (C) NO.297 of 2007, no Court shall entertain any other objection or application with regard to seniority list and roster etc. In the circumstances, this Court cannot entertain the writ application on merits. The remedy of the petitioner lies either before the Commission or before the Honble Supreme Court. The writ application is dismissed. Arvind/ ( J.N. Singh, J.)
