12. 01.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are parents-in-law of the deceased and are languishing in jail custody in a case registered under Sections 304 B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. According to prosecution case itself, the informant got information about the condition of the deceased from her in-laws.
