Sangrampur, District East Champaran Petitioner Versus 1. The State Of Bihar through the Principal Secretary, Human Resources Development Department, Bihar, Patna 2. The Director (Secondary Education), Bihar, Patna 3. The District Education Officer, East Champaran 4.
