1. Binod Mahto, 2. Priya Devi, 3. Arjun Mahto, 4. Sunita Devi Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 2/ 12.1.2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being parents and brother of the wife of the husband, are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under sections 304B, 120B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The marriage was performed three years prior to the occurrence. It is alleged that the demand for dowry was made and due to non-fulfillment of the same, the torture was inflicted.
