Nawanagar, District Buxar at present resident of mohalla Old Police Line Sone Ganga Bhawan Ara, Police Station Ara Town, District Bhojpur. --------- Petitioner. Versus The State of Bihar ---Opposite Party ********** 06. 12.01.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
