Nawanagar, District Buxar at present resident of mohalla Old Police Line Sone Ganga Bhawan Ara, Police Station Ara Town, District Bhojpur. --------- Petitioner. Versus The State of Bihar ---Opposite Party ********** 06. 12.01.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner, apprehends her arrest in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 65/2011 for offences under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.
