IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.1864 of 2012 Rohit Kumar Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------”

12. 01.2012 This is an application for modification of order dated 18.10.2011 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 17241 of 2010 in which petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within one month from the date of communication of the order dated 18.10.2011 only after payment of first instalment of Rs. 50,000/-. It is submitted that first instalment of Rs. 50,000/- has been deposited by the petitioner. However, petitioner prays for extension of time for payment of rest amount of Rs. 4,50,000/- in nine equal monthly instalments. The prayer is allowed. Petitioner is directed to make payment of rest amount in equal monthly instalments after three months from the date of communication of this Order.
