20. 01-2011 Re. Item Nos. (i) to (v): Put up on 2nd February, 2012. Re. Item No. (vi) OLR No. 1/2012 dated 9.1.2012 at flat-851: Report has been filed by the Official Liquidator stating that by his letter dated 3.12.2011, Mr. A.R.Verma, Incharge, Rohtas Industries Complex, Dalmianagar has informed that the periods of appointment of Shri B.N.Mishra, Accounts Assistant (PMTC), Sri Surendra Prasad Srivastava, Clerk, Shri Mani Bhusan Sahay, Assistant Inspector and Sri Suresh Ram, Sweeper have in the case of the first three expired on 31.12.2011, 31.12.2011 and 19.12.2011 while that of last person would expire on 3.4.2012.
