Opp. Party. ---------------------------------- 02/ 24.01.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offence under Sections 364, 120B/34 and subsequently added Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The occurrence took place when the petitioner was in jail and the only allegation against the petitioner is that he conspired in committing the murder and the material available is that threatening was given. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, F. T. C. 1, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P. S. Case No. 318 of 2010, subject to the condition that the petitioner will file Hazari during the pendency of this case to the nearest police station once in a month. Kundan (Gopal Prasad, J.)
