Sabour, district Bhagalpur .. Petitioner Versus The State of Bihar .. Opposite party ---------------------------------- /2/ 24 January, Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and 2012 the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 307 and allied sections of the Penal Code. In connection with family dispute, with regard to the claim of share, the occurrence took place and there is allegation of assault by rod. The injury showing to have been simple in nature and the petitioner is in jail since 15.09.2011. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (rupees five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 39 of 2011 (S. Tr. No. 1256 of 2011) to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, III, Bhagalpur. ( Gopal Prasad, J.) S.A.
