Sabour, district Bhagalpur .. Petitioner Versus The State of Bihar .. Opposite party ---------------------------------- /2/ 24 January, Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and 2012 the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 307 and allied sections of the Penal Code.
