24. 01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in jail custody since 14-02-2011 in a case registered under Section-307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code on the charges that he mercilessly assaulted the informant. The injury report attached with the case diary reveals that the injured sustained two injuries but opinion regarding the nature of aforesaid injuries, was kept reserved. It would further appear from the case diary that without obtaining the complete injury report, the I.O. submitted the charge sheet. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, namely, Sanjay Kumar Das @ Sanjay Das be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 394 of 2011 arising out of K.
