Petitioner. Versus The State of Bihar .......... Opp. Party. ---------------------------------- 02/ 24.01.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. This is a petition for regular bail for the offence under Sections 302/34 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased Ashok Prasad.
