24. 01-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code and of the D. P. Act. Petitioner no. 1 is married sister of the husband whereas petitioner no. 2 is brother-in-law (Sala) of brother of husband. The accusation is of demand of dowry and killing the victim.
