patna high court cr.misc. no.2248 of 2012 (2) dt.24-01-2012 in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.2248 of 2012 ====================================================== hema devi & anr. .... .... petitioners. versus the state of bihar .... .... opposite party. ====================================================== s coram: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh oral order (per: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh”24. 01-2012 heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the state. the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under sections 302 and 201 of the indian penal code and of the d. p. act. petitioner no. 1 is married sister of the husband whereas petitioner no. 2 is brother-in-law (sala) of brother of husband. the accusation is of demand of dowry and killing the victim. the informant in the opening line of the f.i.r. has admitted that the marriage was performed 10 years prior to occurrence. considering the relationship of petitioners with the husband particularly in view of suspicious nature of accusation, let the petitioners, hema devi and gabbar mandal @ dharmvir mandal, be released on bail in the event patna high court cr.misc. no.2248 of 2012 (2) dt.24-01-2012 of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with belhar p.s. case no. 53 of 2011 on furnishing bail bond of rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned c.j.m. banka, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the code of criminal procedure.
