in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.2186 of 2012 ====================================================== mangal rai .... .... petitioner/s versus the state of bihar .... .... opposite party/s ====================================================== coram: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh oral order (per: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh”24. 01-2012 petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under sections 147, 149, 341, 186, 283, 353, 352, 307, 427 of the i.p.c. it is alleged that mob of about 300 persons were blocked the road in protest of death of a person and when the police reached to the po, they damaged the police jeep and pelted stone, as a result of which patrolling party received injuries. it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though petitioner was named in the f.i.r. but there is general accusation against the mob protesting against the death of a person. considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner namely mangal rai, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned chief judicial magistrate, samastipur in connection with musrigharai p.s. case no. 52 of 2008.
