JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH”

24. 01-2012 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 186, 283, 353, 352, 307, 427 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that mob of about 300 persons were blocked the road in protest of death of a person and when the police reached to the PO, they damaged the police jeep and pelted stone, as a result of which patrolling party received injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though petitioner was named in the F.I.R. but there is general accusation against the mob protesting against the death of a person.
