JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI) 02/ 24.01.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional P.P. Raj Kishore Sharma brother of deceased Anita Devi gave his fard-beyan to the effect that his brother-in-law Giranand Sharma along with his parents Yadu Sharma, Sugia Devi have brutally assaulted his sister in the background of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry who subsequently succumbed. He rushed and found the dead body at the verandah and further found swelling over her left temporal region and panjara. It has been submitted that taking into account the merit of the case after going through the relevant documents, husband of deceased was granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 6576 of 2009 and the husband of Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3535 of 2012 (2) dt.24-01-2012 2/2 petitioner had also been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 30139 of 2008. The case of the petitioner stood on much better footing. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Sugia Devi @ Sugiya Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Simhara (Forbesganj) P.S. Case No. 445 of 2007, G.R. No. 2546 of 2007. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J.) DKS/
