patna high court cr.misc. no.2298 of 2012 (2) dt.24-01-2012 in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.2298 of 2012 ====================================================== md. insul & ors. .... .... petitioners. versus the state of bihar .... .... opposite party. ====================================================== coram: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh oral order (per: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh”24. 01-2012 heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the state. the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 380 of the indian penal code. the accusation is of making assault. two grievous injuries have been found. there is counter version of occurrence also. petitioners side have also received injury and others have been granted anticipatory bail. considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, md. insul, md. babulwa @ md. balool, md. mubarak and md. anjaar, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with alamnagar p.s. case no. 12 of 2010 on furnishing bail bond of patna high court cr.misc. no.2298 of 2012 (2) dt.24-01-2012 rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned c.j.m. madhepura, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the code of criminal procedure.
