in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.34840 of 2011 ajay gorh @ ajay goad versus the state of bihar ---------------------------------”24. 01-2012 heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned additional public prosecutor for the state. petitioner is husband of the deceased who died within 7 years of her marriage in other than normal circumstances. there is allegation of demand of dowry as well as torturing against the petitioner. the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that having similar allegation, father-in-law of the deceased has already been granted privilege of bail by this court and as a matter of fact, after death of her child, the deceased became mentally disturbed and she appears to have committed suicide on account of the above-said frustration. considering the submission of the parties as well as facts and circumstances of the case, i am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with bagaha p.s. case no. 195 of 2011 pending in the court of additional chief judicial magistrate, bagaha, west champaran is, hereby, rejected. however, the learned additional chief judicial magistrate, bagaha, west champaran is directed to commit the case of the petitioner to the court of sessions in accordance with law within a month from today, if the same has not been -2- committed to the court of sessions and furthermore, after commitment, the learned trial court shall take all possible steps to conclude the trial of the petitioner as early as possible. akv/- (hemant kumar srivastava,j.)

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.34840 of 2011 Ajay Gorh @ Ajay Goad Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------”

24. 01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is husband of the deceased who died within 7 years of her marriage in other than normal circumstances. There is allegation of demand of dowry as well as torturing against the petitioner.
