24. 01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Kargahar (Barhari) P.S. Case No. 72 of 2005, registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
