24. 01.2012 This appeal will be heard along with Cr. Appeal (DB) No.1165 of 2011 in which records have already been called for. Having heard Mr. Akhileshwar Prasad Singh, learned Senior Counsel in support of the plea for bail who submits that upon police filing final report, which was accepted by the Court, this prosecution has continued on the basis of protest cum complaint petition. Opposite party no.2 has entered appearance and has been heard. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, during pendency of this appeal, let the appellant, Arjun Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan in Sessions Trial No.344 of 2007.
