24. 01-2012 None appears on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the case was instituted in the year 2006 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 436, 452, 380 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Though, the accusation is general in nature against 16-17 persons but since the case was instituted in the year 2006, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, let the learned court below consider the regular bail of the petitioner if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Imadpur P.S.
