24. 01-2012 Petitioner being husband is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case in which cognizance has been taken under Section 498A of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioner is ready to keep the wife with full dignity and honour. It is also submitted that restitution case has been filed, but the complainant is not willing to resume the conjugal life.
