24. 01-2012 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 420, 427, 120B/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3(1)(IV), (V)(X)(XI) of the S.C. & S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Accusation is of making assault frivolously claiming the land in question and abusing by calling caste name. It appears that for the occurrence of 10.05.2010, the F.I.R. was lodged on 13.05.2010 and there is bona fide land dispute between the parties from before.
